Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning
All of our interior and exterior window cleanings are done by hand. At Kanata Home Maintenance, we do a very detailed cleaning job to leave your windows looking clean and fresh. The process for exterior window cleaning includes hand washing all of the glass, the frames around the windows, and any exterior screens you may have. For interior window cleaning, we do the same. In addition, we remove and clean all the screens, the opening mechanisms and the tracks.
Interior Eavestrough Emptying
To ensure proper water flow in your eavestrough, we remove all major debris including leaves, twigs and dirt by hand. There are many risks that come with clogged eavestroughs including, but not limited to water damage, mold growth and unsafe walkways during the winter.
Exterior Eavestrough and Soffit Cleaning
Over time, your exterior gutters and soffits can have a buildup of dirt, grime and mildew. To keep your exterior gutters and soffits looking new, we use an eco friendly degreaser and clean them by hand to remove the stains and brighten up your home.
Gutter Guard Installation
If you tend to get a lot of debris clogged in your gutters and you find yourself needed to clean them out once every year or so, gutter guards are a fantastic investment. Our gutter guards have a 25 year manufacturer warranty, meaning you would not need to clean your gutters for the next 25 years. They are also rounded, to allow any debris to simply slide off.
Siding Cleaning
We do hand washing as well as power washing for the sidings of your home. This helps remove any dirt and/or mold build up on your siding. When pressure washing your siding, we ensure to aim the water stream downwards, as to not have any water go up into your siding and damage the interior of your home.
Deck and Fence Cleaning/Brightening
We use environmentally friendly cleaning products to remove dirt buildup on your deck and fencing to leave them looking clean. We also do wood brighting to help restore your fence and deck to it original glory.
